Golden band resorts to hiring musicians from other bands
Grapevine has learnt that Golden Band members seem as though they want to abandon ship.
It all started with the powerful manager Musa Kavuma, now instead of managing the band he has brought in a new manager in the names of Jimmy Serwadda.
The other big wigs have absconded most notably are Meshach , Maureen Nantume, Stecia Mayanja, and as if to fill the gap left by their musicians , they are now doing up country tours with hired musicians like Kazibwe Kkapo, Charles Ssekyewa and Sseremba (Cream Production), Baby Rich (Nu Eagles) Allen Kakooza (Independent).
With Meshach having come back from the US on 12 July, Rafiki heard then planning a general meeting to try and see what the problem is since they all seem to be engulfed by their personal businesses, will they survive?
