I have a problem which has been causing me sleepless nights since childhood. The problem I am talking about is that my testicles are very large,infact when I wear a tight trouser or go swimming I feel really embarrassed because all eyes are always on me because many people think Iam extra endowed. Could I be suffering from a kind of disease that I don't know?

Similar to breasts, hands, and feet, testicles can be asymmetrical or even of different sizes in the same person. Testicles and the sack (scrotum) that they sit in vary in size, shape, and texture.

The degree to which this hormone- and sperm-producing hardware descends differs from man to man, too. Temperature sometimes plays a role as well: the testicles will pull closer to your body when you are cold, and "hang out" when your thermometer is in the comfort zone. This automatic action keeps sperm at their required temperature. It's common for men to have one testicle that is slightly or noticeably larger, often the left one, or that hangs a bit lower, than the other. Usually, there is nothing to worry about.

On the other hand, sometimes if a testicle has changed in size or becomes swollen, tender, and/or enlarged, that could be serious and needs to be checked with a health care provider. Pain or swelling in the scrotum and testicles can also signify a more serious condition, such as testicular cancer. A for the embarrassment, believe me many men look at you with envy, this is because all men secretly prefer to look bigger down there. so walk with swagger knowing that you should be proud to be "gifted by nature"

A doctor in a hospital can identify if what you have is serious or dangerous. If you are still worried, which you seem to be, it is fine and acceptable to find another health care provider, perhaps a specialist such as an urologist, to examine you and determine what is going on with your body.
