Mbabazi! Our snoop has discovered that there is a group of people who congregate at A and R in Ntinda, every evening. Our snoop has also established that the leader of this group is a one Sebina who is the publicity secretary for Luwero district.

A regular at A and R told Rafiki that he overheard the group strategizing on how to please the NRM delegates this time around so that they don't piss them off the way they did in June's delegates' conference, when the delegates were frustrated and booed Mbabazi.
