When the winds blow you to the right place

Is life so unfair that sometimes what we want to be is not what we become? Could there be some special power that dictates on what we should be even if it's against our wish?

Are we so short-sighted that we cannot choose the best route to take us to the destination of our dreams?  Such questions can only come from the back of a perplexed mind but the most satisfactory answer to all that niggles at the back of our hearts is yes.

Do I really have the chance to undress and inspect her body before I decide whether or not to date her or will I have to ask every woman I meet whether or not she has a tattoo on her body before I delve into serious relationship?

It's ridiculous; this is similar to what one young girl told her mother. "Mummy I will never marry a man who snores."

When abe' Kampala storm villages...

If you still think that Kampala city is in Uganda, villagers outside Kampala have a different perception about the city.

Kampala dwellers have had a hand in curving out this belief in the minds of villagers. Those who live out of the city know that Kampala is the land of dreams and a ticket to this city is a solution to your financial problems.

Of course there could be opportunities in the city but it does not necessarily imply that all guys in there are wealthy, and damn rich.
