Increase your mileage in bed

Share
I was recently watching my team being walloped by a German side in a video hall when suddenly, the serenity of the place was interrupted by screams and wailings.

Apparently, a man had bumped into his wife cuddling there with another man like there is no tomorrow. Security at the place dragged the lovey-dovey couple out of the hall but the fight didn't end there.

Once outside, the woman let off  the crudest missile ever fired at a man. She shouted at the top of her voice  "ggwe tomalaako" loosely translated to mean that the man was a mediocre in bed! The man, to whom the accusation was directed, did a disappearing act and I have not seen him around since then.

First, let's get the facts right: An average man lasts between seven and ten minutes in the first round of sex. Here, I am saying average but this doesn't mean that it's  the ideal time a man should last bearing in mind that a woman is more likely to take no less than 13 minutes to achieve orgasm.

It therefore means that on average, a man will need double his effort to satisfy an average woman! So, what should a man do to attain that staying power to enable him make love for no less than 13 minutes so as to enable his lady partner reach the peak? Some tips:-

Practice makes perfect
There is an exercise called  Kegel; it helps one to control and tighten the muscles that control an ejaculation. The good thing about this exercise is that you can do it in two forms: (1) when you are urinating, control the flow of urine by trying to interrupt it, i.e. by stopping and then releasing just a little of it.

If you master this, then know that you can do the same about your ejaculation. For success, you need to do this exercise all the time you take a short call. (2) is for you to try and tighten the muscles around your genitals.

Hold and count say to 20 before relaxing them. This is also a good practice for the ladies because it tightens their vaginal muscles. You can do this anywhere; while walking, sitting, jumping, sleeping without anyone noticing what you are doing.

Stimulate your partner
You want your work cut by a half? Of course not. So, give your partner ample fore play.

This is because unlike men who can attain sexual excitement right from zero point and reach 100 points in only two seconds, the sisters attain arousal in gradual stages and if the process is stopped or is interrupted, their body systems reverts to zero.

This is a vital lesson for the men. So, don't start it with her while you are on the couch, lift her to the bedroom and expect that on reaching there she will still be hot. Sorry brother, you will have to start exciting her again right from zero point; so, save yourself and do a good foreplay.

Position
Underneath your member, there is a long dark line that runs  just after the head down to your scrotum. This is the line that is responsible for ejaculation; rub against it and you will get an instant ejaculation.

Why this? you may ask. An explanation is that there are some sex positions that are good for your endurance i.e. when she is lying on top of you, the notorious dark line will get little stimulation and thus allowing you more staying time but, its also important that you ask her to go slow on you.

Brain power
Sex starts right from inside your brain. The moment you realise this, then know that you will have mastered the art of staying longer in bed with a woman.

Therefore because an ejaculation is triggered off straight from your brain and runs down into your loins, you can distract your brain by thinking of something not so exciting, or you can simply concentrate your attention on an innocent act like holding your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

Here, the advantage is that this is something that needs simple effort; an effort that is even not seen by your lover. Try it; you wont regret it!
Medication

There are some situations that don't require physical action. Here, I mean that in some cases, premature ejaculation (having orgasm before wanting it) could also be solved by medication.

Many traditional doctors claim that they can solve this problem in a matter of days.  I have no proof of that but what I know is that apart from Viagra, there are certain medicines that can be bought across counters that can solve this problem and help a man stay longer in bed.

Some of these come in form of sprays; they reduce the amount of sensitivity in the penis. For others like Prozac, one has to take them for some time for this problem to be solved.

The only worry is that it's dangerous for you to make a self diagnosis and prescribe for yourself medicine because this could render you dependant on drugs without which  you might find yourself sexually dysfunctional altogether.

Go for a Second Round
Lastly, it's important to fight off the urge to go to sleep immediately after you have had only one round of sex.

This is the time that you could use to refresh (like half-time in football) and prepare yourself to come back in play with renewed force. It's evidently clear that men last much longer having the second time around.

Make a cup of tea for both of you or just continue romancing your partner. You can even engage in a conversation with your partner about the whole experience. But one thing you should surely not do is go to sleep!

It's very important to know your body as a man. Should you realise that a certain style or tempo or touching makes you become more hyped, try to avoid it and usually try and concentrate on your lady's body and be a gentleman.

And, as they say, "ladies first", try and let her achieve her orgasm before you do. That way, even if you last for two minutes after her peak, she won't notice it. Good luck!
