Our president is the last person I would get a romantic or a quotable love quote from, even in his Mustard Seed; there is no chapter that he dedicated for love or romance. But about a decade ago, he said something that surprised me very much up till now.

He said that Luganda, one of the local daialects there is no appropriate translation for the word "Servicing"(as in taking a car for servicing), ever since then I have tried to disprove him but all has been in vain.

The closest you can come to this  word in English is repairing, which in exactness is not the same  as servicing. This is for the simple reason that, for servicing you don't have to wait for the car to break down, which is the case with repairing!

The gist of the matter is that the moment you don't service your valuables, sooner or later they will need repairs which most of the times would have been avoided only if you took the simple task of servicing them (your valuables).

Likewise, our lives needs to be serviced in order to be revitalized now and then so that we don't need to go for repairs, everything needs some refreshment for it to work as it is supposed to work. Let's look at some of the ways we can invigorate our lives especially when one has a partner.

Self
For any category of transformation, it must start with you; this is simple because when you truly want to make changes in your life no one knows you better than you know yourself.

Take time to make yourself more loving, joyful, romantic, listening more and make a general transformation toward whatsoever you know is lacking in your life. In economics you could say add value to yourself.

This is not only confined to your inner self, but even your appearance, take time to work out so that you appear more attractive (the more you appear good, the more positive you are), so make a resolution to fine-tune your self then the change will spread to other corners of your life most especially your relationship.

Relationship
Celebrating your anniversaries is one sure way of reviving your relationship; it is trying to get the relationship back to where things were when you had just met - the "seventh cloud".

Another way is trying to get away to mini honeymoons, outing is another approach that could be done constantly and doesn't even need a lot of resources, (make it a fortnightly event.) Exchanging small gifts could be a refreshing way of  revitalizing your relationship, all in all its important that one should never  wait till the relationship gets to the  repairing stage.

Love
Love is about intimacy, care and all that you can imagine or wish to be done to you. Sweet words can act as water for the love garden, tell your partner how much you love them, it doesn't have to be verbal only, small chits can work as well, flowers express love.

One thing that I have come to know is that showering your lover with love in the company of others (public) is one of the strongest ways of making one feel loved. Make sure that you rekindle on your lover the feeling that he/she is loved and cherished.

Sex
This must be the most talked about topic in this world, and the good thing is that most people view it differently, last week I was reading Kamasutra (a book of sex), in this book there are a hundred and one different ways of playing sex!

Ask yourself how many different styles do you know? put on your reading glasses and read about this, then there are about thirty different version of sex, from the usual missionary to kinky sex, many of them are just products of imaginations, you too can decide to innovate your different kind, be curious and adventurous about anything to do about sex, try and err is a sure way of learning what could be a"servicing you sex life" its very important not to allow your sex life rust, this is because if it does it is one thing that is very hard to take back to its former glory.

Our lives are not only surrounded by people, but also things that are material, a new bed can bring back some love energy new paint in the bedroom can bring that sunshine in your bedroom that can make the difference.
