He added that he trusts the honorable court to offer Justice to Bigirwa since the matter of bail application lies in the desk of the trial magistrate

Emmanuel Sserunjogi Mayor Kawempe division said that what transpired in court has surprised him much as they had a successful battle of producing Bigirwa before court.

“I am sure it was not a wish of the police and army to keep Bigirwa in confinement for a week but at least due to pressure he has been produced before court” he explained

According to the law development court Magistrate, Rosslyn Nsenge hearing of the case against Moses Bigirwa will start on 9th, January 2019.
