A living challenge of our time is whether or not homosexuality and lesbianism should be given a warm reception in society. Of course even before a decision is made gay movements have already started infiltrating society.

Activists have attempted to hijack the language of civil rights movement by falsely claiming that disapproval of homosexual behavior is the equivalent of racial prejudice.

Recent events in this Great Lakes Region have again brought to the fore the case of the murderous armed militia, their warlords and their political backers. The involvement of the US Army Seals in the hunt for LRA's Joseph Kony in the Central African Republic (CAR) has already netted one of his generals, Caesar Acellam; and, the active fight the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) army against CNDD's Bosco Ntaganda has resulted in villagers in the Eastern DRC streaming into Uganda and Rwanda.

Kony is already indicted in the international Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague for grenocide and crimes against humanity. Now, outgoing ICC Prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo is heaping more crimes against Ntaganda, the Swartzenegger-type "Terminator", for the atrocities he is cvoimmmitting against the people in the eastewrn DRC.

It doesn't come as a surprise that with less than two weeks left to the next financial year or budget, most youth have been reluctant to get money from banks. This money is what constitutes the youth enterprise fund which was rolled out in the 2011/12 budget with the aim of creating employment for young people through enterprise development.

By all indications, this project, like several other populist projects churned out before, was bound to fail right from the start.The underlying purpose of the entire scheme is what would elicit unending questions. Was it a genuine course of action by government and the development partners plus other stakeholders to solve the unending youth question of unemployment, or Government was doing it out of political expediency, like some schools of thought are wont to allege?
