Daniels: Journalist or Cricketer?

Share
Some people call it identifying talents in it's infancy but if that's the normal way to do it, I defy the order by identifying my Cricket talent at age 30.

Today, I hate spending time on other sports disciplines preferring to turning professional and causing pressure in opponents' camps at ICC.

The day I took to cricket, I discovered I am an all rounder. I am good, a competent player, capable of batting, bowling and a fielder as well.

I played almost everywhere because, according to my game reading, I needed to play different roles so that my team could win the game.

The other urge to make me play cricket was that as a journalist, I should report, criticize or analyze the game from an informed point of view.

But that was last week at the ICC/UCA organized seminar for the media where I excelled.

I would recommend other sporting disciplines to do what ICC/UCA did with the media.
My last say is that together we will develop Cricket in the country.
