Police reshuffle has affects SSP Emilan Kayima

The new police reshuffle made on Saturday 12th January 2019 by Inspector General of police Commissioner has seen Fred Enanga bounce back as SSP replacing Emilan Kayima.
Kayima has served for one year and two months after being appointed by former Inspector General of police Kale Kaihura. He replaced Asan Kasingye but also served before Asan Kasingye was appointed as police spokeperson
Commissioner Fred Enanga will be deputized by Assistant commissioner Polly Namaye who served under him before he was sacked by former IGP
Commissioner Fred Enanga once served as police spokesperson before he was sacked by the then inspector General of police. According to the former IGP, Enanga and some other officers had gone for further studies.
SP Onyango who has been the deputy police spokesperson Kampala metropolitan and his promotion is going to see him serve as Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson replacing Luke Owoyesigire.
